How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping typically takes 4 to 10 business days, but delays can occur during busy times of the year. If you havenāt received your product within two weeks, please contact us, and weāll do our best to assist you.
When will you ship my order?
Our robust processing setup enables us to process and ship your glass water bong or glass pipe within 24 hours of you placing your order. Orders are only shipped out Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
If you have any concerns or questions about order processing, feel free to send us an email.
Can I change my shipping address?
The shipping address and information can only be changed if the order has not been processed and shipped yet. Otherwise, it may not be possible to change your shipping address.
Therefore, we find it prudent to advise all customers to double check their address, name and shipping information before placing your order.
What shipping company will you ship my order with?
We use a variety of shipping and delivery companies that include, but are not limited to the following: Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, Purolator, UPS.
Where can I find my tracking number for my order?
If you have just placed an order and have not received your tracking number, donāt worry, your order is probably still processing. What this means is that an Astro Blunt employee has not yet fulfilled your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, an Astro Blunt employee will send you a Order Confirmation email letting you know that your order has been processed and notifying you of your order tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping for bongs, pipes, and other smoking accessories?
Spend $150 or more on Astro Blunt bongs, pipes, grinders, or accessories and get Free Shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the product you order. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, add the product to your cart, and your total, including shipping, will be calculated.
Do you ship to my country?
At the moment we only ship within Canada. If you donāt reside in Canada, please email us and let us know that you are interested in ordering from us, and we will try to work with you if possible.
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you just ordered and you havenāt received your order confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If it has been 10 to 15 minutes and you still havenāt received your order confirmation email, please send us an email, and an Astro Blunt employee will look into your order.
How can I cancel the order?
You can cancel your order only if it hasnāt been shipped yet. Please let us know as soon as possible if youād like to cancel. If your order has already been processed and youāve received a tracking email, we may not be able to cancel it.
Can I modify or add things to the order?
Again, if your order hasnāt been processed and you have not received your order tracking information, than we may be able to modify or add things to your order. In all other cases, you will likely have to again. If you have any questions surrounding this issue, please send us an email and we will try to assist you.
My order was damaged during shipping? What do I do now?
Weāre sorry to hear about your damaged itemāitās unfortunate, but sometimes things can break during shipping. Donāt worry; weāll help you get a replacement or a refund. If your item arrives damaged, do not use or attempt to fix it. Email us at astrobluntsupplies@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including:
1. Your order number
2. Your order receipt or email
3. Clear photos of the damaged item (close-up and full shot).
Weāll review your claim and send a replacement if approved.
I received the wrong order or product. What should I do?

Whatās your return policy?
We generally do not allow returns, but if there is a substantial issue, we will try to accommodate you. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.
I donāt have a credit card. Can I still place an order?
Yes, absolutely! We also accept payment methods like Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies, and Interac e-Transfer, in addition to credit cards.
My credit card declined or the transaction didnāt go through. What should I do?
If your credit card payment declines:
1. Double-check your card details and try again.
2. Use a different card or payment method like Bitcoin or Interac e-Transfer.
3. Contact your bank to ensure the transaction isnāt blocked.
4. Reach out to us for help placing your order for bongs or smoking accessories.
What currency is your store in?
The Astro Blunt store pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
I canāt add products to my cart. What should I do?
The reason you can not add the product to your cart, is likely because the product is out of stock. If the product is showing in-stock and you still can not add it to your card, send us an email and we will look into the issue for you.
I want to purchase a product that is showing out of stock. When will it be available again?
It depends on every product. If you would like to purchase an out of stock product, please send us an email with the product information and we will see if it is possible to get you that product.
Are the product pictures accurate?
Yes, all our product pictures are taken by Astro Blunt employees. We will ensure that all product pictures are as accurate as possible. Shapes and colors can vary slightly from picture to real life, but our pictures will be very similar to the actual product.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes, we offer a $19.99 Astro Blunt Glass & Vapor Shatter-Free Warranty. This warranty completely covers you in the event that your product arrives broken or in non-working condition.
