ASTRO BLUNT RETURN POLICY
At Astro Blunt, we stand behind the quality of our bongs, grinders, dab rigs, and other smoking accessories. We carefully select our products to ensure they’re made with premium materials. Because of this, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if your item is damaged or defective, we’ll work with you to fix the issue.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll fix the mistake and ensure you get the correct product quickly.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined or subject to fees.
- Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned items. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.
- We aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they’ve been shipped.
- Our return policy may change without notice, so please check back regularly.
